The People
Behind the Milk.
We are at the beginning of our journey. Our impact right now is measured in steps taken to work, steady employment, and learning together.

Local Jobs Created
These are not abstract statistics. They are farmhands, herdsmen, and night security personnel from the immediate neighboring villages who now earn a steady wage close to home.
Building from the Ground Up.
We believe in honest reporting. While our long-term vision is expansive, our current reality is focused and deliberate.
When we established the Arghandab Dairy Farm, our first priority was hiring locally. Many in the valley commute significant distances for inconsistent work. By building the farm right here, we've provided a handful of reliable positions that will form the backbone of our future training programs.
We are learning from our team just as much as they are learning from us.
Real Impact.

Content CreatorThe Economic Multiplier: Anchoring the Valley
For every direct job on the farm, we stimulate multiple indirect roles across Kandahar’s agricultural supply chain.
Arghandab Dairy Farm is designed to be an economic anchor. Our operations do not exist in a vacuum. Every liter of milk produced and every head of cattle raised circulates capital through the local economy, creating a powerful ripple effect that stretches far beyond our 8-hectare perimeter.
Upstream: Agronomy & Feed
While we grow our own foundational fodder, scaling our herd requires purchasing supplemental high-protein alfalfa and grains from independent local farmers, directly injecting cash into neighboring agricultural plots.
The Core: Arghandab Dairy
Our facility provides steady, high-paying jobs for herdsmen, veterinarians, and facility managers, offering stable incomes that support entire extended families in the district.
Downstream: Cold Chain & Retail
Moving perishable goods requires infrastructure. Our daily yields create ongoing contracts for local refrigerated transport drivers and guarantee high-quality, high-margin inventory for local dairy retailers.
Human Capital:
Upskilling the Valley
"We are not just hiring labor; we are transferring world-class agricultural science directly to the local workforce."
Scaling a modern dairy facility requires more than infrastructure; it requires a highly specialized team. Arghandab Dairy Farm operates as a live training ground, transforming traditional herdsmen into modern agricultural technicians capable of managing complex, data-driven operations.
Biological Asset Management
Our local team is actively trained in managing high-yield international genetics including French, US, and Iranian breeds. They execute strict quarantine protocols, calving assistance, and preventative health monitoring.
Data-Driven Herd Tracking
Moving away from estimation, our staff is upskilled in digital inventory management. Every team member learns to utilize Ear Tag and Calf ID telemetry to track daily milk yields, pregnancy cycles, and genetic lineage.
Precision Agronomy
Our agricultural workers are trained in advanced soil health and feed science, transitioning from traditional farming to precision closed-loop fodder production and scientifically balanced TMR (Total Mixed Ration) mixing.
Faces of Arghandab

Steady, Sustainable Growth.
Our mission is not to inflate numbers or make promises we cannot keep. We intend to grow our workforce naturally alongside the scale of our herd and operations.
As we bring more cattle to the farm and develop our processing infrastructure, we will require more hands. Every position added will be thoughtful, prioritizing those from the adjacent communities, and focusing on long-term stability rather than temporary contract work.
We are building Arghandab Dairy Farm to last generations, and the jobs we create must reflect that same permanence.
